Please join Upstate Makes as we pursue a $160M funding opportunity that will enable upstate microelectronics manufacturers to lead advanced material product advancements for their industries.

At this meeting we will share the initial framework envisioned to engage the direct support of industry-leading materials expertise and assets within our region to accelerate the development of both 300mm and 200mm technologies, specifically to enable upstate microelectronics manufacturers to lead their markets in offering cutting edge new products.

Our framework includes plans to support industry partners all the way through the translation of these technical advancements into commercially available products, addressing workforce, supply chain, regulatory and other challenges.

Strategic direction and on-going leadership from within our upstate microelectronics manufacturing industry sector will be critical for ensuring our companies gain the most benefit from this innovative new collaboration. This meeting is the ground-floor opportunity to get oriented, set direction and identify how your company can be positioned to benefit from these investments.

Industry partners will have the opportunity to shape the next stage of planning, helping the Upstate Makes team to understand how to best address the challenges faced in accessing research assets and support, as well as in developing and commercializing new microelectronics products in this highly competitive market.
