The opportunities for Upstate Makes are evolving. There are ways for us to execute on achieving the vision of accelerating next-generation microelectronics manufacturing in Upstate New York. This will be an update meeting and a brainstorming session on how we can work better together.

Opportunities Brainstorming Session

Identify agencies and topics likely to be funded

Process Discussion

Where can we start to pre-write proposals?
Who should lead these efforts?
How do we spin up and structure sub-groups effectively?
How can we map our people and capabilities to connect efficiently within the network?
Do we have methods for regular and 1:1 communication to mobilize quickly toward an award?
Can we bring preliminary ideas ready for vetting with the group?
